Whether your work includes strategic inventory planning, labeling, warehouse management, material handling, or any of our other supply chain opportunities, you will be making a meaningful contribution to our team and to patients all over the world. \nThe Training Systems Associate Representative provides technical and function-specific knowledge to support training system activities.\nHow you'll make an impact:\nProvide ongoing basic LMS front-end user support (e.g., assigning/registering for training) and resolving basic issues for the assigned organization.\nConfigure profiles related to training assignments and completion.\nResponsible for conducting basic data tasks (e.g., uploading Form 170 training transcript records and creating employee profile).\nProvide ongoing auditing of data to ensure high-level of data quality and integrity, as well as propose solutions for, and execute data clean-up efforts.\nProvide end-users with assistance as it pertains to running reports or provide back-end reporting support during a regulatory audit.\nResolve routine systems issues from customer support tickets in partnership with team members.\nOther incidental duties. What you'll need (Required):\nH.S. Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of relevant work experience. For California, the base pay range for this position is $44,200 to $62,500 (highly experienced).
