Role\nAs part of the Field Clinical Specialist team, you'll work closely with healthcare professionals to support our patient-focused therapies through education, training, and procedural support.\nThrough a structured development journey, you will gain exposure to both clinical and commercial environments while building the skills required to become a trusted clinical partner and technical expert.\nThe program includes an initial training phase in Munich, Germany, followed by field-based learning experiences that provide exposure to clinical environments and healthcare professionals across Germany and an international business environment.\nProgram Details\nProgram Start: April 2027\nDuration: 10 months, full-time\nLocation: Germany-based program with opportunities to collaborate within an international environment\nHow you will make an impact\nIntensive Educational Academy: Participate in a structured 10-month development program designed to strengthen your product knowledge, cardiovascular expertise, clinical understanding, and foundational commercial skills. \nHands-On Experience: Work alongside certified Field Clinical Specialists (FCS) to support clinical cases, troubleshoot issues, program devices, and gain exposure to patient-focused therapies and technologies. \nReal-World Learning: Gain practical experience through training at the Edwards training center and in real clinical environments while collaborating with healthcare professionals and clinical experts. \nDirect Case Involvement: Attend clinical cases face-to-face, engaging with physicians and customers to develop your understanding of Edwards therapies and clinical applications. \nMission-Driven Impact: Contribute to technologies that help improve patient outcomes while supporting Edwards' mission to improve patient care through innovative solutions. \nWhat you'll need (Required)\nRecently graduated (2026/2027) with a bachelor's or master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Clinical Physiology, Nursing, Perfusion, Physician Assistant Studies, or a related healthcare, life sciences, or engineering discipline \nStrong English skills and proficiency in at least one additional European language \nWillingness to commit to a 10-month program \nWillingness to be based in Munich, Germany, for the first 3-5 months of the program \nFlexibility to travel and support clinical activities across different locations as part of the program and future career opportunities \nOpenness to geographic mobility and deployment opportunities based on business needs following program completion \nPossession of a valid European driver's license recognized in Germany \nStrong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills \nHigh learning
