As an L&D Intern with us, you’ll find motivation and inspiration in a culture that emphasizes passion for patients as you discover your own strengths.\nLocation: Lima Free Zone, Cartago, Costa Rica\nDuration: 6 months internship\nRecruitment process: Sept 2026\nStart Date: Oct 2026\nHow you could make an impact:\nPeople Development:\nSupport the design and implementation of support, training, recognition, and accountability model for internal facilitators.\nHelp strengthen collaboration among facilitators, project owners, and teams involved in learning and development initiatives.\nSupport the implementation and adoption of Individual Development Plans, or IDPs, in Workday.\nDevelop communication materials and resources to facilitate the adoption of new development tools and processes.\nAnalyze the new-hire experience throughout the onboarding program.\nIdentify opportunities to improve onboarding and learning programs by applying adult learning principles.\nProvide feedback and support facilitator training to promote continuous improvement in presentations and learning methodologies.\nTechnology & Data Enablement:\nDevelop interactive solutions to review key metrics and support strategic decision-making.\nIntegrate information from different sources and platforms, including data related to individual development plans, workforce planning, and learning systems.\nSupport the migration and optimization of manual Excel-based processes into more scalable technology platforms and solutions.\nOrganize, clean, and standardize historical data stored in SharePoint.\nContribute to the development of a data architecture that establishes where information is stored, how it is structured, how frequently it is updated, and how it is used across different reports.\nDevelop SharePoint solutions that provide employees with accessible learning and development materials in Spanish.\nCreate reports, visualizations, or dashboards that transform data into clear and actionable insights for the team.\nWhat you'll need (Required):\nUniversity students in the final years of studies pursuing a degree in: \nPeople Development:\n Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Education or Adult Learning, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields. (minimum 75%-degree completion)\nTechnology & Data Enablement:\n Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Library, Information Science, Industrial Engineering or related fields. (minimum 75%-degree completion)\nIntermediate to advanced English proficiency.
