This in an 18-month fixed term contract.\nHow you will make an impact:\nLead the development and delivery of soft skills, selling skills, and account management training programs that support adoption of the Structural Heart Disease commercial strategy across Canada.\n\nPartner with business leaders to embed Strategic Account Management principles and strategic selling capabilities that strengthen long-term customer partnerships, value-based engagement, and enterprise growth.\n\nDrive training and change management initiatives that accelerate Salesforce.com adoption, strengthen data-driven decision-making, and enhance overall commercial excellence.\n\nPlan, coordinate, execute, and continuously improve targeted development programs, including roll-out strategy, facilitation, effectiveness measurement, and course enhancement opportunities.\n\nCollaborate with Canadian HR Business Leaders, Talent Management & Learning partners, Business Operations, and regional stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and align learning solutions to strategic goals.\n\nDesign and develop leadership, management, commercial, clinical, and technical training programs and tools based on business needs and performance indicators.\n\nProvide project management leadership for key Structural Heart Disease strategic initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of critical business objectives.\n\nPromote strong sponsorship and ownership of learning and development programs among leaders and managers to build sustainable capabilities and maximize program impact.\n\nPerform other incidental duties as required.\n\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, Management, Organization Development, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or master’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of related HR experience.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive HR leadership, learning and development, commercial excellence, or relevant consulting experience preferred.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of people management experience preferred.\n\nExperience implementing and managing learning and development programs, policies, processes, and procedures in a complex business environment.\n\nExperience working with HR technologies and Microsoft tools and applications.\n\nWhat else we look for:\nStrong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic priorities into practical, scalable learning solutions.\n\nProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and evolving business environment.\n\nAbility to build trusted relationships, collaborate virtually, and work effectively across functions and stakeholders.\n\nKnowledge of current and emerging trends, thought leadership, and leading practices in learning, commercial capability building, and talent development.\n\nExcellent facilitation, presentation, interpersonal communication, negotiation, and listening skills.\n\nStrong customer service orientation and employee experience mindset.\n\nAnalytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to diagnose needs, define solutions, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend corrective actions.\n\nCreative thinking and innovation in the design and implementation of programs that are practical, engaging, and aligned to business outcomes.\n\nStrong planning, prioritization, and project management skills, with the ability to pivot as business needs evolve.\n\nAligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families.\nFor Canada, the base pay range for this position is 104 000 $ - 147 000 $ (highly experienced).
