Whether your work includes strategic inventory planning, labeling, warehouse management, material handling, or any of our other supply chain opportunities, you will be making a meaningful contribution to our team and to patients all over the world.\nThe Warehouse Manager will lead all raw material warehouse operations for the Draper site, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of materials that support manufacturing. This role provides leadership to warehouse supervisors and leads while driving operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and a strong culture of safety across a large team supporting product supply, sterilization preparation, and general store operations.\nHow you'll make an impact:\nManage and/or lead a small team\nDetermine direct labor headcount to align with strategy plan\nPartner with team members in other sites on forecasting requirements\nPartner with other business groups to align on long term process improvements\nDetermine 3-year improvement plans for assigned function in partnership with cross-functional team members (e.g., Finance, Planning)\nForecast budgeting spend and hours\nDevelop team members to increase business acumen and functional skills including driving culture changes and providing knowledge transfer team members\nPlan and direct assigned operational and project activities with the accountability for successful completion of assigned deliverables.\nManage Lean project activities (e.g., BEx initiatives, Engineering, GTO and plant projects).\nManage Quality elements for Training/Audits\nLead ramp up efforts for product transfers to network plants.\nLead EHS Elements\nIdentify opportunities and lead the implementation of changes to drive process improvements including removing roadblocks as appropriate\nGather/review data points for improvements into Key Metrics (e.g., Safety, Quality, Service, Cost)\nDrive completion ownership from key leaders\nPartner to determine ROI and Project Priorities\nProvide technical expertise on CALOSHA audits and ensure accountability of supervisors to plan (Builds -
