You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, business analysts, and global IT teams to build scalable solutions that support Edwards' growth and digital transformation initiatives.\nIf you accountability, and continuous improvement.\nDesign, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.\nServe as the technical lead for Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and best practices.\nConduct code reviews and establish development standards to improve code quality, maintainability, and platform performance.\nCollaborate with Business Systems Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nLead solution design discussions and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.\nSupport integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware platforms, and event-driven architectures.\nEnsure platform reliability, scalability, security, and compliance with established governance standards.\nDrive adoption of Agile delivery practices, DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.\nTroubleshoot complex production issues and provide leadership during critical incident resolution.\nIdentify opportunities to optimize existing applications and processes through Salesforce platform capabilities and emerging technologies.\nProvide coaching, training, and knowledge transfer to team members while supporting career development and technical growth.\nWhat you will need (Required):\nBachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.\n6+ years of experience in Salesforce development and solution delivery.\n2+ years of experience leading or mentoring Salesforce development teams.\n Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (required).\nStrong expertise in:\n-Apex\n-Lightning Web Components (LWC)\n-Salesforce Flows\n-SOQL/SOSL\n-Salesforce APIs and Integration Patterns\n-Sales Cloud\n-Service Cloud\nExperience with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment methodologies.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nStrong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governance.\nProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience performing code reviews, solution reviews, release planning, and technical estimations.\nWhat else we look for (Preferred):\nSalesforce Certified Administrator.\nSalesforce Certified Application Architect.\nSalesforce Certified System Architect.\nExperience with Copado, Gearset, GitHub, JIRA, BitBucket.\nProven experience integrating Salesforce with ERP platforms, SAS-based applications, and external customer-facing systems using APIs, middleware, and integration best practices.\nExperience supporting global implementations across multiple business units and geographies.\nExperience in highly regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Life Sciences.\nStrong leadership presence with the ability to influence technical direction and drive adoption of best practices.\nExperience with AI capabilities within Salesforce ecosystem, including Agentforce, Einstein AI, and predictive
