We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Management to support critical master data domains, including Healthcare Professional and Supplier Master, while helping modernize Edwards' Master Data Management capabilities from Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS toward a multi-domainSemarchyMDM platform on Snowflake. This role combines data stewardship, governance, data quality, business analysis, and operational support with direct partnership across global and regional business teams.\nHow you will make an impact\nParticipate in the implementation and expansion ofSemarchyMDM as a Snowflake-based, multi-domain enterprise Master Data Management platform.\n\nSupport the onboarding of new master data domains and contribute to migration planning, business validation, testing, and user adoption as domains transition from Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS to the future-state platform.\n\nPartner with MDM leadership, architects, engineers, data stewards, application teams, and business stakeholders to define scalable master data processes, governance models, stewardship workflows, and platform requirements.\n\nSupport Healthcare Professional and Supplier Master domainsoperatingon Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS, including application enhancements, release validation, testing, and production support.\n\nInvestigate and resolve master data issues, data quality exceptions, match and merge conflicts, hierarchy requests, workflow issues, and data synchronization problems across upstream and downstream applications.\n\nEngage directly with regional business teams to understand business processes, data challenges, and master data requirements across multiple geographies and time zones.\n\nElicit, document,validate, and translate business requirements into scalable data management and MDM solutions that business and technical teams can execute.\n\nDefine, document, andmaintainbusiness rules, data standards, critical data elements, data definitions, stewardship procedures, and data quality controls.\n\nPerform data profiling, analysis, root cause investigation, and remediation activities using SQL, Snowflake, and related data tools.\n\nDevelop and monitor data quality metrics, dashboards, and governance scorecards that improve data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and accountability.\n\nCreate andmaintainprocess documentation, standard operating procedures, governance artifacts, test evidence, and user guidance.\n\nIdentifyand implement opportunities to improve business processes, data quality, operational efficiency, andthe userexperience.\n\nWhat you will need (Required)\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in master data management, data governance, data quality, business analysis, or enterprise data operations.\n\nPractical experience supporting Master Data Management solutions, data stewardship processes, or governed enterprise data domains.\n\nExperience eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements and translating them into functional data or application requirements.\n\nExperience with data profiling, root cause analysis, issue remediation, business rules, data standards, and data quality controls.\n\nWorking proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing data in Snowflake or a comparable cloud data platform.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex data issues across connected systems and processes.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability tofacilitatediscussions across business and technical teams.\n\nAbility to work independently under general direction, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively across global time zones.\n\nAdhere to all company rules and requirements, including Environmental Health & Safety rules, and take adequate control measures to prevent injuries, protect the environment, and prevent pollution under their span of influence or control.\n\nWhat else we look for (Preferred)\nHands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud MDM SaaS,SemarchyMDM, or another enterprise multi-domain MDM platform.\n\nExperience with Healthcare Professional, Supplier, Customer, Product, or other enterprise master data domains.\n\nExperience supporting an MDM modernization or migration program, including business validation, testing, cutover readiness, and user adoption.\n\nExperience with Snowflake-based data solutions and integrations among MDM, source applications, and downstream consumers.\n\nExperience developing data quality dashboards, governance scorecards, stewardship workflows, or operating procedures.\n\nRelevant industry experience in medicaldevice, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or another regulated environment.\n\nAdditionalinformation\nDevelops solutions to a variety of complex data management problems and exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques after considering business, data quality, governance, and technical implications.\n\nWorks with general direction focused on end results and may provide guidance to less-experienced
