Document code and expected application behaviors\n\nPerform manual testing in development environments to help ensure software quality and efficiency\n\nProvide training, coaching and knowledge transfer to team members on new and emerging technologies\n\nProvide oversight to ensure compliance with architectural standards and practices through all aspects of planning, execution, and operation\n\nWhat you’ll need (Required):\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field;\n\n6+ years of progressive experience in delivering Salesforce solutions (configuration and development) across the full SDLC. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and performance tuning.\n\nExperience with Salesforce development practices (e.g., Apex, Lightning Web Components) and platform capabilities (e.g., security model, declarative automation). Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs and integration patterns.\n\n3 years of relevant industry experience (e.g., medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments\n\nCertifications in related disciplines and architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF Enterprise Architect, COBIT, ITIL, Salesforce, CDMP, OCP)\n\nHands-on experience with modern data tools such as AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks, and CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub/GitLab), as well as workflow tools like Jira and Confluence.
