mobile-device asset inventory and lifecycle tracking\nCoordinate patch management across workstations, mobile devices, network appliances, and endpoint applications\nIdentify opportunities to automate, standardize, and scale IT and security operations\n\nRequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in IT support, systems administration, security operations, or a related role\nExposure to security operations, incident response, alert investigation, vulnerability remediation, or compliance support\nHands-on experience with identity and access management workflows\nExperience supporting IT help desk operations, ticket triage, escalation, and user support workflows\nExperience with endpoint management, SaaS platforms, and asset lifecycle support\nFamiliarity with endpoint enrollment, configuration, patching, and macOS and iOS device support\nAbility to follow runbooks, escalation paths, SOPs, and operational procedures\nStrong written documentation
