reports\nAnalyze trading data for trends and anomalies\nContribute to operational automation\nApply AI tools to streamline procedures and analysis\n\nRequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science, or a related field or role\n2–5 years of trade desk support, exchange operations, or market operations experience\nUnderstanding of market microstructure, order book mechanics, and spot or derivatives trading workflows\nExperience with FIX Protocol and API connectivity\nUAT experience\nExperience supporting institutional clients in a technical capacity under pressure\nExperience in a 24/7/365 support environment\nFamiliarity with issue tracking, CRM, and customer communication platforms\nWorking knowledge of TCP/IP networking and packet-capture tools\nAbility to analyze data and trade logs\nProficiency in Looker or comparable BI
