operational tasks and convert manual procedures into runbooks\n\nRequirements4+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or platform engineering\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience\nProduction AWS experience, ideally across multiple accounts\nDeep Terraform or OpenTofu experience, including module design, state management, imports, and refactoring live infrastructure\nProduction experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Helm\nCI/CD pipeline design and security experience with GitHub Actions, Spacelift, or similar tools\nConfiguration management experience, ideally Ansible\nStrong networking knowledge, including VPC design, firewalls, inspection, load balancers, DNS, and TLS\nPython and Bash scripting experience\nExperience tracing production incidents to root cause\nOn-call and production support experience for 24/7
