The successful applicant should be personable, highly organized, and enthusiastic about providing top-tier customer service within a dynamic and fast-moving setting.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n Receive and assist clients and members in a polite and professional manner.\n\n Respond to inquiries received in person, by phone, via email, and through social media channels.\n\n Oversee membership sign-ups, renewals, and payment processing.\n\n Keep precise records of attendance, membership details, and daily transactions.\n\n Help coordinate scheduling for fitness sessions and classes.\n\n Offer administrative assistance to the gym's management team.\n\n Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain tidy, well-organized, and inviting.\n\nRequirements\n\n A minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification;
