and continuously update the supplier database.\n\nReview purchase requests and ensure alignment with approved plans and specifications.\n\nReview supply contracts and related documents to ensure compliance with financial and internal control policies.\n\nFollow up on the issuance of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery as agreed.\n\nOversee inspection and receipt of orders to confirm quality and quantity.\n\nReview and prepare reports on purchasing performance and submit them to management.\n\nPrepare periodic reports on operational challenges, progress, and improvement recommendations.\n\nRequirements\nStrong conflict resolution skills.\n\nExcellent analytical thinking abilities.\n\nProficiency in computer use and MS Office applications.\n\nStrong command of the English language.\n\nExcellent negotiation skills.\n\nStrategic thinking capabilities.\n\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\n\nA relevant bachelor’s degree.\n\n5–8 years of experience in the field of
