Summary\nEgyptian Engineering Company (EEC), a company specialized in steel fabrication and pressure vessel manufacturing, is seeking a qualified Project Engineer to coordinate and monitor project execution from order handover through manufacturing and final delivery.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with Planning, Production, Technical Office, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance to ensure projects are executed according to approved schedules, budgets, technical specifications, and customer requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate project activities from order handover through manufacturing, inspection, and final delivery.\n\nReview project scope, contractual requirements, technical specifications, and delivery commitments with the relevant departments.\n\nCoordinate with Planning and Production to monitor project schedules, manufacturing progress, and delivery dates.\n\nTrack project milestones, deliverables, resource requirements, and outstanding actions.\n\nFollow up on material availability and procurement status with Procurement and Warehouse.\n\nCoordinate with the Technical Office to clarify drawings, technical documents, and engineering requirements.\n\nFollow up with Quality Control to ensure required inspections and quality documentation are completed.\n\nMonitor project costs, identify potential budget deviations, and coordinate corrective actions with the relevant departments.\n\nMaintain project trackers, progress reports, meeting minutes, risk registers, and action logs.\n\nIdentify project delays, operational bottlenecks, and potential risks, escalating critical issues to the Project Manager or General Manager as appropriate.\n\nCoordinate project-related communication between internal departments, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors when required.\n\nSupport inspection, dispatch, installation, and final handover activities according to project requirements.\n\nEnsure project documentation is properly maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nJob Requirements\n\nRequirements\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\n\n3–7 years of experience in project engineering, project coordination, or project execution, preferably in steel fabrication, pressure vessels, or heavy industrial manufacturing.\n\nGood understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.\n\nExperience in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and cross-functional coordination.\n\nExperience using Odoo ERP or similar ERP systems to track project progress, materials, procurement, inventory, and project-related transactions.\n\nAbility to maintain accurate project records and coordinate data updates across relevant departments using ERP systems.\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood communication and follow-up skills.\n\nGood command of written and
