LAN, Wi-Fi, Switch และ Firewall เบื้องต้น8.สามารถใช้งานและดูแล Database เบื้องต้น (SQL) เช่น Query ข้อมูล หรือช่วยตรวจสอบปัญหา9.สนับสนุนการนำ AI Tools มาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานขององค์กร10.จัดทำเอกสารขั้นตอนการทำงาน, เอกสารในแผนก และรายงานผลการทำงาน\nQualifications\nอายุ 23-35 ปี\n\nปริญญาตรีสาขา Information Technology, Computer Science หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง\n\nมีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support / System Administrator อย่างน้อย 2 ปี\n\nมีความรู้ด้าน Windows Server, Active Directory, Network Infrastructure\n\nมีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน SQL
