  1. วางแผนและกำกับดูแลโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน IT ของสำนักงานและโรงงาน ครอบคลุม Network, Server, Cloud, Endpoint, ERP, CCTV และระบบสำรองข้อมูล
  2. กำหนดสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้งาน มาตรฐาน Cybersecurity, Patch Management, Antivirus, Backup และการตอบสนองเหตุผิดปกติ
  3. จัดทำและทดสอบ Disaster Recovery Plan และ Business Continuity Plan
  4. บริหารโครงการพัฒนาระบบ ERP/งานดิจิทัล งบประมาณ ทรัพย์สิน IT ใบอนุญาตซอฟต์แวร์ และ Vendor/SLA
  5. ดูแลทีม Helpdesk และระบบสนับสนุนผู้ใช้ให้แก้ปัญหาตามระดับความเร่งด่วน
  6. ควบคุมการปฏิบัติตาม PDPA และจัดทำรายงานความพร้อมใช้งาน ความเสี่ยง และเหตุการณ์สำคัญต่อผู้บริหาร

Qualifications

  1. 1. ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. 2. ประสบการณ์ IT 7–10 ปี และมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม/โครงการ
  3. 3. มีความรู้ Network, Windows Server, Microsoft 365/Cloud, Cybersecurity, Backup และ ERP
  4. 4. หากมีประสบการณ์ระบบ IT โรงงานหรือมาตรฐาน ISO จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. 5. บริหาร Vendor และงบประมาณได้ มีทักษะแก้ปัญหา สื่อสารกับผู้ใช้ และรับมือเหตุฉุกเฉินอย่างเป็นระบบ
