Purchasing Specialist

1. Research and identify potential suppliers.

2. Evaluate suppliers based on key business criteria (such as compliance, pricing, payment terms, etc.).

3. Execute procurement procedures using one of the methods stipulated by law.

4. Communicate with suppliers to complete procurement processes.

5. Participate in preparing the financial comparison of the received offers (at least 3 offers for direct purchasing).

6. Prepare purchase orders and agreements.

7. Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records of procurement operations.

8. Ensure accurate entry of purchase orders into the ERP system and Excel reports, maintain all transaction records, and keep all paper documentation for each procurement process.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Practical experience using ERP systems, preferably in procurement module.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Good practical knowledge of procurement strategies.

5. Good organizational and analytical skills.

6. Very Good in Microsoft Office ( Word and Excel ).
