负责 DeepSeek 业务及系统的质量保障工作，协同产研团队高效高质交付产品。深度参与数千万日活产品及系统的迭代，从产品建设、可测性、稳定性等多个方面构建质量保障体系，共同探索 AI 产品的更多可能性。

岗位要求

1.对质量保障有系统的理解，有较强的分析设计能力，能熟练定位系统质量风险并设计方案。

2.具备一定的开发能力，有测试工具、测试平台的开发经验。

3.对新技术抱有热情，具备扎实的编程能力和代码品味（熟悉 Go、Rust 优先）。

4.优秀的跨团队沟通能力，具有强烈的责任心和主观能动性。

5.具备用户洞察能力，有产品、交互设计相关经验者优先。

6.有优秀的个人技术产品、开源作品，或活跃的开源社区贡献者优先。
