\n学习能力：具备较强的自主学习能力和钻研精神，能够快速理解基础算法原理，愿意主动探索技术难点。\n（二）理论基础\n-了解机器人学、刚体运动学基础理论，对运动学与逆运动学有初步认知; \n-初步掌握运动规划基本概念，了解 RRT、A * 等经典路径规划算法的核心思想; \n-对凸优化、非线性优化或机械臂控制策略有基础了解者优先。\n（三）专业技能\n掌握 Python 或 C++ 编程语言，具备基础的代码编写与调试能力; \n了解机器人操作系统 ROS（ROS2 优先）基本使用方法，对路径规划开源框架（如 OMPL）或仿真软件（如 MuJoCo）有初步接触者优先; \n会使用常用办公软件及数据整理工具，具备基础的数据分析能力。\n（四）综合素质\n-具备良好的团队协作意识，能够积极配合团队完成分配任务; \n-具备清晰的逻辑思维和沟通能力，工作认真负责，有较强的执行力; \n-每周可保证至少 4 天实习时间，实习周期不少于 3 个月。\n三、加分项\n有 RoboCon、RoboMaster 等机器人赛事参与或相关项目经验;
