Your primary objective will be to accelerate time-to-value for customers by delivering effective implementations based on industry best practices while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nDeploying, configuring, and optimizing the security platform within enterprise customer environments.\n\nManaging technical implementation activities, including installation, upgrades, configuration, troubleshooting, and system administration.\n\nAdvising customers on implementation best practices to help them achieve operational readiness and realize business value as quickly as possible.\n\nDelivering knowledge transfer sessions and technical training for customers.\n\nTroubleshooting complex technical issues in collaboration with R&D, Technical Support, and Product Management teams to ensure timely resolution.\n\nWorking closely with Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering teams throughout the entire customer lifecycle.\n\nSupporting strategic customer projects by providing technical expertise and implementation recommendations.\n\nSharing field experience, insights, and implementation best practices to drive continuous process improvement.\n\nMaintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professionalism, technical excellence, and a consultative approach.\n\nRequirements\nAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role involving technical consulting, deployment, or professional services within a software or cybersecurity company.\n\nStrong knowledge of Linux/UNIX system administration.\n\nSolid understanding of enterprise networking, including routing, switching, TCP/IP, and network architectures.\n\nHands-on experience with enterprise-grade firewall solutions (e.g., Check Point, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Juniper, or similar technologies).\n\nExperience deploying and supporting enterprise security solutions.\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud networking and security concepts.\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.\n\nA customer-focused mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships.\n\nStrong consulting, presentation, and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.\n\nSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude.\n\nStrong teamwork skills, professionalism, and integrity.\n\nWillingness to travel across the EMEA region, including at short notice, for up to 50% of working time.\n\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of Linux scripting languages, such as Python, Perl, and Bash/Shell.\n\nExperience with REST APIs and automation.\n\nFamiliarity with virtualization technologies.\n\nExperience with Software-Defined Networking (SDN), cloud networking, or virtual routing.\n\nExperience with security automation and workflow technologies.\n\nKnowledge of German, French, or another European
