NOC Team Manager in Malta

We’re not just looking for someone who knows how to put out fires in the middle of the night. We look for a strategist who can build the processes to stop those fires from starting in the first place. Someone to take the helm of our global NOC (Network Operations Center) and bridge the gaps between engineering, business and the player experience.

Your tasks:

We aren't looking for a "ticket dispatcher." We need an operational leader:

• Ensure our 24/7 monitoring runs like clockwork and every single anomaly is caught before a player even notices.

• Own the escalation process, keep communications crystal-clear under pressure, and drive every issue through to full resolution.

• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product, Payments, and Risk to turn chaos into clean alerts, level up our dashboards, and constantly refine our workflows.

• Translate infrastructure downtime into bottom-line business impact and explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders effortlessly.

What we’re looking for:

You don't need to know everything, but you must know how high-scale, high-pressure systems work.

• You’ve previously managed a NOC, Technical Support, Production Support or Incident Management team in a 24/7, high-traffic environment.

• Tools like Grafana, Sentry, Datadog, Prometheus, ELK or CloudWatch are second nature to you

• You genuinely understand complex architecture, APIs, infrastructure, integrations and how a single click translates through the entire stack.

• Fluent written and spoken English is non-negotiable, you’ll be working daily with distributed, global tems.

• You have experience in iGaming, gaming, fintech or in any other similar industry
