This is a role for someone who understands how systems behave under pressure and knows how to automate everything that repeats.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and evolve infrastructure architecture to ensure stability, scalability, and high availability.\n\nBuild and automate CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Ansible, and Terraform.\n\nMaintain and optimize Linux systems for high-load environments, including kernel tuning and network performance adjustments.\n\nConfigure and improve monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana), including custom templates, auto-discovery, and alerting logic.\n\nManage and optimize VPN technologies such as StrongSwan, OpenVPN, and Xray.\n\nAnalyze complex incidents, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.\n\nEnsure infrastructure security through access control, firewall management, updates, and 2FA.\n\nCollaborate with development and QA teams in a distributed environment.\n\nParticipate in architectural decisions and guide the team through best practices.\n\nCore Skills and Expertise\nMonitoring Engineering\nAdvanced proficiency with Zabbix and Grafana, including:\ncustom templates,\n\nauto-discovery rules,\n\nexternal scripts,\n\nalerting pipelines,\n\nperformance dashboards.\n\nLinux & Kernel Optimization\nDeep understanding of kernel and OS tuning for high-load systems:\nnetwork I/O optimization,\n\nsocket buffer tuning,\n\nIRQ affinity and CPU interrupt balancing,\n\nNIC queue configuration,\n\nsysctl tuning for throughput and latency.\n\nVPN Technologies\nHands-on experience configuring and optimizing:\nStrongSwan (IPsec),\n\nOpenVPN,\n\nXray-core (VLESS/REALITY, VMess, Shadowsocks).\n\nUnderstanding how VPN protocols behave under different network conditions and censorship environments.\n\nDPI Evasion & Traffic Obfuscation\nKnowledge of DPI/TSPU architecture and modern circumvention techniques:\ndomain fronting,\n\nSNI masking,\n\nECH (Encrypted Client Hello),\n\nREALITY,\n\nuTLS fingerprinting.\n\nFamiliarity with obfuscation protocols such as Shadowsocks-2022, Trojan-GFW, and Cloak.\n\nAdditional Technical Areas\nScripting: Bash, sed, awk;
