With a focus on being an international B2B Slots and Live Casino provider with our Eeze brand, we have over 900 talented team members based in various locations across Europe, with our headquarters and studio in Malta - Europe’s leading iGaming hub.\nRole & Key Responsibilities:\nMaintenance and support of cameras, lenses, microphones, scanners, filters, lights, and other live studio equipment.\n\nMaintaining of the audio and video equipment.\n\nMaintaining of live casino tables and equipment.\n\nMaintenance of Gaming equipment(roulette wheels, moneywheels, shuffle machines, etc).\n\nAct promptly on any technical issues that happen in the production studio.\n\nLog all tasks and hours worked in a ticketing system, while keeping detailed notes regarding current issues.\n\nMaintain and support all game stations in the studio to ensure that any installed software and configurations are according to the studio policy.\n\nEnsure the proper functioning of all studio equipment to enable the least possible downtime.\n\nCarry out any other adhoc duties that might be required from time to time according to the company’s exigencies.\n\nFollow procedures and processes from documentation.\n\nRequired Skills:\nGood understanding of IT equipment and hardware.\n\nExperience with Audio/Video components is a significant asset.\n\nComfortable working variable shifts.\n\nPerforming quality control functions as per departmental standard.\n\nIdeally you will have experience in the gaming or tech industry.\n\nGood level of English.\n\nSelf-motivated and driven.\n\nProblem-solving attitude.\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\nExperience a dynamic and team-orientated work environment.\n\nOpportunities for personal growth and learning.\n\nAn open, inclusive and supportive team where you will be valued, and your suggestions will be welcome.\n\n24 days paid holiday per year.
