Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and leadership roles across our growing Bucharest technology team.

You will partner with hiring managers and the People team to source, assess and hire high-quality talent across engineering, product and other corporate functions. Strong technical recruitment experience, proactive sourcing skills and fluency in English and Romanian are essential.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week during probation moving down to 2 after successful passing of probation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Screen candidates and gauge both technical and cultural skills fit and understand candidate motivation.

• Manage full cycle recruitment for roles allocated including assisting hiring managers with the creation of job descriptions, role benchmarking, job postings on TeamTailor (ATS) and LinkedIn, headhunting and managing referrals.

• Brainstorm with the People team and Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies.

• Be able to work in an ambiguous environment - we don’t always have all the information and need to make decisions at speed.

• Work independently and autonomously while partnering with the People team, and stakeholders.

• Inform on market insights to help shape and drive recruitment strategy.

• Champion inclusive and consistent recruitment practices across all hiring activity.

• Support the onboarding handover process, ensuring new starters and hiring managers receive clear pre-start communication.

• Support employer branding initiatives, including LinkedIn content, employee-referral campaigns and talent attraction activity.

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years of recruitment experience of which 5 years is in corporate (in-house) end-to-end recruiting.

• Be able to multitask and manage 7+ roles at the same time.

• Ideally experience with TeamTailor or any other inhouse recruitment CRM programme.

• Experience in recording all actions on ATS and knowledge of why this is essential.

• Proven experience scaling a technical/engineering organisation at all levels at pace e.g. taking a team or hub through significant headcount growth.

• Demonstrable track record hiring across a modern, multi-technology software stack. Must be able to qualify candidates credibly across at least several of: Java/Spring Boot, JavaScript/TypeScript/React, cloud (AWS), containers & IaC (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform), data stores (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), messaging (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and microservices / event-driven architecture.

• Experience hiring senior, leadership and hard-to-fill roles architects, engineering managers, technical leads, DevOps, product owners, technical BAs.

• Confident direct headhunting / proactive sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search) rather than reliance on inbound applications.

• Strong stakeholder and hiring-manager partnering translating roadmap and headcount plans into structured, repeatable hiring processes.

• Full-cycle technical recruitment ownership: sourcing, screening, technical qualification, offer management, and onboarding hand-off.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search expertise.

• Sourcing candidates using a variety of methods including social media.

• Partnering with senior leadership, hiring managers, and all stakeholders of Tech to drive deliverables for the recruitment team.

• Strong communication skills in English and Romanian (written and spoken).

Highly desirable:

• Track record of quality of hire evidence that placed candidates stayed and progressed/were promoted, not just filled seats.

• Experience standing up hiring infrastructure from scratch (interview standards, assessment stack, employer proposition for a new location).

• iGaming / online gaming, high-growth tech, or scale-up environment exposure.
