the year, students of different nationalities and ages join our campus, creating a vibrant and multicultural learning environment.\nAs an Academics Coordinator, you will support both the academic and administrative functions of the school, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of classes while working closely with teachers, students, and the wider school team.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide administrative and operational support to the Academic team. \nAssist with scheduling classes, examinations, meetings, and academic events. \nMaintain attendance records, student files, and academic documentation. \nAct as a key point of contact between students, teachers, and school administration. \nSupport student assessments, exam administration, result collection, and academic reporting. \nRespond to student enquiries regarding their academic progress, timetables, and course-related matters. \nTeach English classes when required. \nAbout You\nWe're looking for someone who has:\nBachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Education, Administration, Languages, Business, or a related field. \nTESOL qualification (e.g. CELTS or Certificate IV in TESOL) \nExcellent English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage). \nStrong organisational and administrative skills. \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. \nThe ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. \nA flexible and adaptable approach to work. \nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. \nA positive, student-focused approach and the
