You will work together with the Accommodation team ensuring that all our admin and documents are up to date for host families and staff, in accordance with EF policy and British Council.\nEnsuring an elevated level of record-keeping in a fast-paced environment will be one of your highest priorities. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with host families and help them complete all paperwork by phone or when visiting hosts.
