You are passionate about improving internal operations processes, and deriving insights for data-driven business decisions, with the end-goal of creating an even more beautiful customer experience.\nWe’re looking for:\nTechnical & Analytical Skills\nStrong data analytics abilities, including interpreting complex datasets\n\nExpertise in analyzing, transforming, and consolidating structured and unstructured data\n\nAbility to effectively use SQL, Atlassian Jira, and MS Power Platform\n\nExperience developing reports/dashboards in PowerBI and Tableau\n\nExperience with Power Automate or low-code automation tools\n\nHigh proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel\n\nProject & Process Leadership\nProject management experience leading system or process transformation initiatives\n\nAbility to translate business needs into clear, structured system requirements\n\nAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects\n\nProfessional Experience\n3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI Developer\n\nPreferred financial background to support data-driven decision-making\n\nWays of Working\nKnowledge of Agile methodology (desirable)\n\nStrong problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to explain technical concepts in non-technical language\n\nAbility to communicate effectively\n\nProven team player\n\nRequirements:\nPermission to work in Japan.
