Your day may include celebrating student birthdays, completing administrative tasks, answering students' questions, or helping to decorate forcampus events! You will manage and hold weekly student evaluations and address student concerns via our EF production system. You will also maintain a record of check-ins and check-outs of students as they visit familyoutside of campus.\nResponsibilities\nWelcome students to the EF school and ensure a high level of customer service and student satisfaction.\n\nAnswer student queries and helping with student welfare issues\n\nManage student and sales office cases, addressing student and parent concerns\n\nFacilitate weekly student evaluations\n\nManage relevant records for students, such as insurance or medical records\n\nApprove and record temporary student check-outs\n\nAdministrative support using the EF systems.\n\nRespond to any problems and emergency situations should they arise.\n\nLiaise with Course Leaders to enhance the overall student experience.\n\nWork with the management team to increase staff satisfaction.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in a customer-facing environment, ideally with young people.\n\nApproachable and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills.\n\nCapable of using your own initiative.\n\nHave authorization to work in the country of employment.\n\nComplete fluency in English.\n\nSolid organizational and communication skills\n\nApplicants must be age 21 or older \n\nWhat will you take away?\nAfter a summer of working as the Customer Experience Manager, you will leave having created truly amazing memories for your students and managed a team of international staff.
