Tasks can include:Speaking with customers on the phone to support au pairs through the process of selecting their host family.\n Reviewing submitted customer documents to ensure every customer is compliant with the US State Department regulations.\nHelping the team reach their goals of matching au pairs with host families and meeting compliance document deadlines.\nUsing your customer service
