The ideal candidate will have a background in both editorial and project management.\nYour Key Responsibilities Will Include:\nProject Planning and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain integrated projectplans, define project scope, objectives, and timelines. Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of work for brochures, sales letters, flyers, supplementary materials and adhoc offline marketing projects from brief to delivery.\n\nTimeline Management: Create and maintain project timelines, identify potential delays across dependecies including editorial, creative, production, translation, markets etc. and proactively address issues to keep projects on schedule.\n\nCommunication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication, with detailed follow-up on information gathering and updates. Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or feedback.\n\nContent Strategy & Development: Work closely with the entire creative studio, including copywriters, designers, digital teams, to align projects with the content strategy and goals. Coordinate the creation, editing, and proofreading of written content ensuring it meets both stakeholder and company goals.\n\nQuality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all content is error-free and aligns with the company's product information and brand guidelines. Identify risks early, maintain change logs, manage late requests, and escalate matters that can affect scope, quality, budget, or delivery.\n\nTeam Coordinatation: Coordinate the work of the creative studio, flagging capacity risks and competing priorities. Work closely with the Print Production Manager and Print Marketing Director to align editorial and production schedules.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n3-4 years of experience in Editorial project management, specifically with print-focused projects such as catalogs, magazines, annual reports, brochures, or in a similar role in a creative agency or content-driven environment.\nOrganizational and problem-solving skills; confident in navigating ambiguity and assertive and professional client handling style. \nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high editorial standards.\nProactive and structured under pressure.\nAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams effectively.\nClear and concise communicator.\nFull Fluency in English (writing, speaking, reading) \nFull working rights in Switzerland\nWhat EF Zurich offers:\nWe are a global, mission driven company, our goal?
