As an Enrollment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for many applicants from Eastern Europe and Central Asia, guiding them from first inquiry through to matriculation into one of Hult's undergraduate programs.\nThis role combines business development, sales, and consultative support as you engage with prospective students, agents, counselors, and parents. Your main focus will be to help applicants complete their applications for admissions review and work with them and their families to answer questions, explain the program details, collect and check documents, and keep each applicant moving through the process.\nReporting to the Global Director of Academic Partnerships, you will work closely with a small team of Enrollment Advisors, so clear communication and a collaborative approach are essential. You will be measured on your ability to help students complete their applications in a timely manner, and on year-over-year growth within the region.\nKey responsibilities\nApplication support\nGuide applicants through the full application process, from inquiry to completed application and to matriculation.\n\nHelp applicants understand the academic qualifications and documents needed, including how educational systems in the region compare to Hult's requirements.\n\nProactively collect, check, and follow up on admission documents, and give applicants clear feedback.\n\nSupport applicants with English language test requirements, such as IELTS and TOEFL.\n\nAssist with financial aid, scholarship information, and other matriculation logistics.\n\nSchedule and conduct individual phone, video, and in-person interviews.\n\nSupport accepted students with final steps before enrollment, including documents and visa information where applicable.\n\nPipeline management and sales\nManage your applicant funnel in Salesforce CRM, prioritizing daily tasks.\n\nContribute to year-over-year applicant growth and enrollment conversion from inquiry to application completion.\n\nUnderstand each applicant's goals and challenges, and show how Hult's program may be a fit.\n\nKeep applicant profiles up to date with detailed notes and feedback.\n\nPresent the program at outreach campaigns, events, webinars, and masterclasses in the region, where applicable.\n\nWork closely with Enrollment Advisors to share information, coordinate applicant progress, and maintain consistent communication.\n\n_________________________________________________________________\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.\n\nProfessional working proficiency in Russian, spoken and written (CEFR C1 or equivalent), to advise applicants and counselors in Russian.\n\nFluency in English, spoken and written.\n\nFamiliarity with the education systems of Eastern Europe and Central Asia is an advantage.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner.\n\nA team player who collaborates well with colleagues across different locations and cultures.\n\nStrong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.\n\nAble to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing needs, and work independently.\n\nSelf-driven and comfortable in a sales-driven environment.\n\nFamiliarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.\n\nRight to work in the United
