You will rotate through paid and organic digital, content and events.\nInterns are given real tasks with real deadlines. Expect to own pieces of work, present what you find, and see your content go live. Expect also to spend time on the unglamorous parts: tracking numbers, chasing logistics, checking details.\nWho we are looking for\nUniversity students in their 3rd year or above\n\nA real interest in marketing, communications, or digital media\n\nActive on Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, and curious about why content works\n\nComfortable with deadlines shifting and priorities changing week to week\n\nClear written and spoken Vietnamese and English\n\nSome hands-on experience designing graphics and editing short video (Canva, CapCut, Figma or similar). Polished skills are not expected, but you should already be making things\n\nWhat you will work on\nDigital and performance marketing\nDraft on-page and blog content to support organic traffic\n\nMonitor Google Ads and Meta performance alongside senior staff\n\nPrepare weekly performance summaries and flag what changed and why\n\nSupport influencer outreach and campaign coordination\n\nSocial media (organic)\nDevelop content ideas for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Zalo\n\nDesign post graphics and simple visual assets to brand templates\n\nWrite captions, build storyboards, and shoot and edit short-form video for TikTok, Reels and Zalo\n\nManage the posting schedule and monitor engagement\n\nTrack analytics and share weekly learnings with the team\n\nEvents and activations\nSupport planning and delivery of office events, workshops and school activations\n\nCoordinate logistics, guest lists and on-site set-up\n\nCapture event content for social\n\nCollect feedback and event performance data\n\nStudent and community storytelling\nInterview students and parents to gather their stories\n\nTurn them into testimonials, short videos or blog pieces\n\nContribute ideas for community activities and user-generated content\n\nWhat you will get\nHands-on work across paid, organic, PR and events, with your own portfolio pieces to show for it\n\nDesign and video editing reps on live campaigns, not practice briefs\n\nMonthly feedback and a named mentor on the marketing team\n\nCertificate of completion and a letter of recommendation, based on your performance\n\nWe cannot promise a full-time offer at the end.
