This role requires strong customer service abilities, cross-team collaboration, and comfort working with systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office.\nKey Responsibilities and Duties:\nCostumer Service and Relationship Building:\nProvide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to prospective students through active listening, information guidance, and effective problem-solving. \nRespond to student inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and other communication channels with a high level of professionalism and attention to details.\nProactive outreach to engaged students to support in the application process.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, application processes, and deadlines to provide accurate guidance to students.\nEnsure a positive and seamless experience throughout the student journey.\nTeam Work and Collaboration: \nWork closely with regional teams to ensure students' needs are met efficiently.\nProactively escalate potential risks, student concerns, and conversion opportunities to appropriate team members and management.\nContribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.\nData and Technical Operations:\nAccurately manage student records and engagement activities in Salesforce.\nPerform timely and precise data entry and reporting to support decision-making and student tracking.\nUse Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) to support reporting, document preparation, and information sharing.\nTime Management and Organization:\nEffectively handle multiple student applications and inquiries simultaneously.\nPrioritize tasks to ensure deadlines and turnaround times (TAT) are consistently met.\nMaintain an organized and responsive workflow to manage a high volume of student interactions.\nTargets and goals:\nEnsure daily, weekly, monthly KPI’s are met.\nContribute to overall team targets and application numbers.\nQualifications and Skills required:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, student engagement or a similar role.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).\nAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.\nWhy you’ll love working here: Perks, Benefits, and more!\nThis is the most fun, high caliber place you’ll ever work.
