\nGrow our program, taking ownership of sales in your assigned markets, consistently meeting or exceeding growth targets\nDrive sales by responding to customer needs with energy and enthusiasm, leveraging phone and in-person interactions to achieve conversion\nExpand brand awareness by building partnerships with schools, universities, fairs, and local organizations to increase brand visibility and drive new leads\nRecruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs\nProvide excellent customer service\nOrganize and attend promotional events to engage and grow the au pair community\nCollaborate with our local au pair community to help achieve goals\nConduct market research, analyze regional needs, and assess competition to create long-term strategies for building brand awareness.\nWho you are:\nPersonal qualifications:\nYou are passionate about sales and making an impact by promoting cultural exchange\nYou love connecting with people over the phone and in person to goal-orientated and have good time management\nYou love being a part of a supportive team that has fun while hitting goals\nProfessional Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree\n1+ years of sales experience (both phone & in-person), with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets\nFull proficiency in Spanish and English \nWillingness to travel and work flexible hours\nValid driver’s
