in-person and on the phone.\nWhat you will do:\nGrow the Colombian market in your assigned region, taking ownership of sales in your region, to reach sales targets\nBuild awareness for the program and drive new leads by working with schools, universities, job centers, fairs, and other local institutions\nDrive sales on the phone by responding to the needs of the customer\nRecruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs while providing excellent customer service\nOrganize and attend promotional events\nCollaborate with our local au pair community to help achieve goals\nWho you are:\nPersonal qualifications:\nYou are passionate about cultural exchange and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets\nYou love connecting with people over the phone and in-person to understand their needs and goals\nYou love being a part of a supportive team that has fun while hitting goals\n\nProfessional Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree\n\n1+ years of sales experience with a record of hitting sales targets\n\nAt least 6 months of experience living abroad, preferred\n\nProven capability with both phone sales and in-person sales\n\nFull proficiency in Spanish and English\n\nExceptional
