You’ll specialize in one of our overseas education and travel programs, guiding students and parents through their journey-from first inquiry to departure. You’ll also lead and mentor seasonal staff, including interns and part-timers, to support various projects throughout the year.\nThis role offers opportunities to develop toward future leadership positionssuch as Product Head, Country Manager, or Regional Manager across Asia and globally.\nPrograms You May Represent\n University Foundation Programs & Gap Year Abroad (ages 15+)\n Language Travel for Students & Adults (ages 18+)\nYour Responsibilities\nAchieve enrolment targets through consultative selling via phone and in-person meetings\nMeet daily KPIs (calls, appointments, consultations)\nProvide expert advice and support throughout the customer journey to ensure satisfaction\nCoordinate with EF’s global academic and operations teams to deliver seamless experiences\nOrganize and host events such as seminars, fairs, school talks, and alumni gatherings\nManage student administration including flights, visas, accommodation, payments, and documentation\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience\n1-2 years of experience in sales or business development preferred (fresh graduates welcome)\nFluent in Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus)\nInternational exposure (e.g., study abroad, working holiday, overseas work) is an advantage\nExperience in education or travel industries is a bonus\nPassion for travel, languages, and cultural exchange\nCustomer-focused, proactive, and target-driven\nPositive, flexible, and a strong team player\nWillingness to work weekends
