No scripts, no cold calling - just meaningful conversations, real impact, and a team that's genuinely rooting for you from day one.\nYour main responsibilities are:\nStudent Recruitment:\nOwn your sales pipeline from end to end - from the first contact to the signed enrollment.\n\nConduct consultations and virtual office meetings, guiding prospective students through their options with confidence and empathy.\n\nHost and participate in Information Meetings to present our programs to potential students.\n\nMake welcome home calls to nurture relationships after initial contact.\n\nDevelop customized nurturing strategies via email and social media to keep prospects engaged throughout the funnel.\n\nBeyond Sales - A Little Bit of Everything\nAs part of a dynamic team, you'll occasionally get involved in representing EF at fairs and events, supporting marketing campaigns and content creation, building ambassadors and referral networks, helping localize global materials for the local market, and supporting operational tasks such as airport duty, rebooking, payment follow-ups, document collection, and visa processes.\nRequirements:\nEducation: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields.\n\nWork Experience: Any professional experience, internship, or summer job is valued. Up to 1 Year of full-time experience is ideal.\n\nLanguage Level: Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
