You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip. This role reports directly to the Country Product Manager.\nThis opportunity is designed for professionals with a few years of relevant experience who are ready to take the next step in their career progression.\nYour key responsibilities will include:\nDeveloping and Executing Local Market Growth Strategies: Apply your understanding of the local market to drive customer acquisition and optimize performance, using data-driven approaches and strategic planning to expand customer reach and impact.\n\nAssisting in Training and Development of Program Staff: Support the growth and professional development of Junior Sales Coordinators and Sales Coordinators through structured guidance and ongoing mentorship\n\nPromoting Language Study Abroad Programs: Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term sales strategy\n\nExcellent Communication: Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-promotion calls daily to potential students\n\nTeam Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude\n\nRelationship building: Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and Universities to meet prospective students throughout the year\n\nTeamwork: Build strong relationships with our global and diverse Sales and Campus Teams to provide students with the best EF Language Abroad experience\n\n*This position is fully on-site.
