Join us in our shared mission of opening the world through education.\nWorking at EF\nCareer Progression at EF Language\nYour Role\nPlan and deliver General English and Special Interest (SPIN) courses as directed by the DOS or ADOS\nPlan and deliver lectures on a rota basis\nChoose appropriate supplementary material and topics for your classes. These must at all times demonstrate sensitivity to the multi-cultural and multi-ethnic student population in EF schools\nCover absent colleagues as requested by the DOS or ADOS\nParticipate in peer observation programmes\nAttend and contribute to staff meetings (weekly)\nInput grades for students in iTracker on a fortnightly basis\nWrite student reports when required\nAdminister tests to the class when necessary and to mark them and return all documents to DOS or ADOS\nBe an ambassador for EF and its products, methods and materials\nMaintain necessary paperwork as directed by the school administration and carry out administrative duties accordingly\nMaintain accurate electronic registers and input student attendance daily into the EF database in accordance with EF policy\nComply with all health and safety regulations as directed by the Health and Safety Officer\nRequirements\nCELTA / equivalent qualification\nDegree\nStrong classroom management and communication skills\nPassion for international education and student success\nHighly organized with attention to detail\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment\nCommitment to safeguarding and promoting student
