Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically in ML/AI system development

  • Proven track record of shipping ML models or AI features to production

  • Hands-on experience with the ML lifecycle: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment

  • Experience with CI/CD for ML systems and model monitoring/observability

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale data processing (Spark, Databricks)

  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design

  • Experience with version control (Git), code review practices, and testing methodologies

  • API development experience (REST/GraphQL) for serving models

Requirements

  • Experience with MLOps, model evaluation, observability, caching and cost optimization

  • Experience developing scalable SaaS platforms or startup products

  • Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks
