The role combines organizational leadership, P&L ownership, business development oversight, technology roadmap definition, and successful delivery of advanced defense and security solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Leadership\nDefine and execute the division's strategic growth plan.\nEstablish long-term business objectives aligned with Group strategy.\nShape the division's technology roadmap across EW systems, SIGINT, ESM, ECM, Electronic Attack and Electronic Protection domains.\nDefine and execute the division's strategy for Counter-UAS (C-UAS) solutions and develop strategic partnerships and technology roadmaps supporting the integration of Electronic Warfare and Counter-UAS capabilities.\nIdentify emerging technologies and market opportunities.\nBusiness Growth & Market Development\nDrive revenue growth and profitability.\nDevelop relationships with defense ministries, armed forces, NATO entities, system integrators and industry partners.\nSupport major capture campaigns and strategic pursuits.\nRepresent the company at international defense exhibitions and forums.\nOperational Management\nOwn division P&L and resource allocation.\nEnsure successful execution of programs and contracts.\nMonitor KPIs, budgets, schedules and risks.\nLead multidisciplinary engineering, program management and commercial teams.\nPeople Leadership\nBuild and mentor high-performing teams.\nFoster innovation, accountability and collaboration.\nRequirements\nMSc in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Aerospace or related field.\nMBA is considered an asset.\n12+ years of experience in defense and high-technology sectors.\n5+ years in senior leadership roles.\nStrong understanding of EW technologies and defense procurement processes.\nProven experience managing significant budgets and complex programs.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAvailability for international
