Your work can range from data analysis and machine learning to generative AI, AI agents and applications that support our clients and our own consultants.\nThis is a role for someone who enjoys building things, solving problems and turning AI from an idea into something people can actually use.\nWhat you will do\nAs a Data Scientist at EFESO Nordics, you will:Develop AI, machine learning and advanced analytics solutions for real business and operational challenges\nWork hands-on with data using Python and other relevant tools\nBuild and test applications using technologies such as machine learning, generative AI and AI agents\nTranslate business problems into analytical and technical solutions\nSupport implementation of AI solutions in client environments\nWork closely with consultants, AI specialists and client teams\nContribute to the continued development of our Nordic Data & AI capabilities\nIs this you?\nYou are curious, technically strong and motivated by using AI to solve real-world problems.You are likely to bring:\nAround 2-4 years of relevant experience in data science, AI, machine learning, software development or advanced analytics\nStrong programming skills, particularly in Python\nPractical experience with machine learning, data analysis and statistical methods\nExperience building AI solutions beyond theoretical or academic exercises\nFamiliarity with technologies such as generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG or modern machine learning frameworks\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nThe ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues and clients\nCuriosity, initiative and a willingness to learn\nA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field is an advantage, but practical experience and technical capability matter more to us than a specific academic background.Fluent English and a Nordic language is required.
