The individual will spend approximately one half-day each week on-site checking in with school leaders, ensuring assigned priorities are progressing, following up on commitments, helping delegate action items when appropriate, and making certain key initiatives remain on track.\nThe ideal candidate is an experienced educational leader who understands how schools operate and can effectively hold teams accountable while building positive, collaborative relationships.\nRole Details\nSchedule: Approximately one half-day (4-5 hours) per week, on-site during the school year\nLocation: Urban Charter School Collective - Sacramento, CA\nBoard Meetings: Attendance at quarterly in-person Board meetings is required\nCompensation: $90.00 per hour\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct weekly on-site meetings with school leadership and department leaders.\nMonitor progress on strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.\nEnsure staff members follow through on assigned responsibilities and established timelines.\nHelp leadership delegate and track action items to ensure timely completion.\nIdentify implementation barriers and communicate concerns to school leadership as appropriate.\nProvide objective updates regarding implementation progress and organizational priorities.\nFoster accountability across departments by encouraging consistent follow-through.\nDocument progress, outstanding action items, and next steps.\nAttend quarterly Board meetings and provide implementation updates when requested.\nAdministrative Responsibilities\nMaintain progress tracking for organizational priorities.\nDocument meetings, action items, and implementation updates.\nPrepare concise written summaries for leadership and the Board.\nMaintain organized records of implementation milestones and outstanding tasks.\nQualifications\nMaster's Degree in Educational Leadership, Education, or a related field required.\nSignificant leadership experience in a K-12 school or district setting (e.g., Principal, Assistant Principal, Director, Superintendent, or comparable leadership role).\nDemonstrated ability to lead through influence, build consensus, and foster accountability.\nExceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with school leadership.\nExperience presenting to executive leadership or Boards is preferred.\nRequirements\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nAbility to work on-site approximately one half-day (4-5 hours) each week.\nAvailability
