In addition to traditional system and network administration, the focus is on automation, AI, and process optimization. You ensure that recurring tasks are automated and support the organization in using technology more effectively.\nYour tasks\nManaging Microsoft 365, Azure, and the IT infrastructure.\n\nManaging networks, servers, and cloud environments.\n\nEnsuring availability, security, and business continuity.\n\nDesigning and implementing automations using PowerShell, Power Automate, and similar tools.\n\nResearching and implementing AI solutions that make internal processes more efficient.\n\nReducing manual work through self-service and automation.\n\nOptimizing IT processes based on data and analytics.\n\nMaintaining documentation and knowledge bases so that end users can help themselves.\n\nAdvising on new technologies and innovations.\n\nCollaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders.\n\nRequirements\nYou have experience with Windows Server administration.\n\nYou have strong knowledge of networking technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN and VPN.\n\nYou have experience working with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.\n\nYou have experience managing cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.\n\nYou have knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions.\n\nYou have a basic understanding of IT security and monitoring tools.\n\nYou are analytical and strong in problem solving.\n\nYou have a structured and detail-oriented way of working.\n\nYou take ownership and approach problems proactively.\n\nYou are comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nYou are able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.\n\nThis is us\nEffectory is Europe’s leading employee feedback solution.
