You will guide new customers through the onboarding process of our employee feedback platform, making sure their first experience is smooth, engaging, and impactful. With your structured approach, technical understanding, and customer-centric mindset, you lay the foundation for lasting customer relationships and product adoption. Proactively align with customers on their goals and guide them in setting up their first survey. Own the onboarding plan, track key milestones, and address risks or blockers. Plan and facilitate all onboarding-related meetings, including kick-offs, check-ins, and trainings. Provide tailored training
