We’re building an AI-powered marketing machine and we need a smart, execution-focused performance marketing specialist to help fuel it.If you love working with cutting-edge tools, automating what used to be manual, and being part of a team that moves fast and builds big this role is for you.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAI-Powered Campaign ExecutionRun outbound campaigns with tools like Instantly, Klayvio and SendPotion-our AI video platform.\nLaunch and manage cold outbound email campaigns using Instantly/Klaviyo\nPlan, launch and manage all aspects of the campaign including campaign plans of audience segmentation, creative messaging, tools management and results. \nOrganize campaign workflows, ideas, and assets.\nDeploy hyper-personalized AI video campaigns using platforms like SendPotion \nPersonalize outreach at scale using tools like AI scripting and video voiceover tools-and bring new tools into the stack regularly\nFunnel Performance & Optimization\nOwn your metrics: open rates, replies, clicks, booked demos, and activations\nA/B test messaging, cadence, and formats weekly voice, video, and email\nCollaborate with the Brand & UX team for fast-turn creative assets and campaign-ready visuals\nMaintain reporting dashboards and share weekly insight on what’s working and what’s not\n You’re the Right Fit If You:\nHave 3-5+ years of experience in marketing execution, preferably at a startup or fast-paced SaaS company.\nAre obsessed with AI tools and can’t imagine executing campaigns without them\nPrior success in launching cold-to-conversion campaigns from scratch\nCreative thinker and strong writer you bring bold ideas to life, write smart, on-brand content fast, and aren't afraid to think outside the box.\nStrong experience in: Instantly, SendPotion, or similar cold outbound tools.\nKlaviyo (or similar) for email marketing.\nFigma for light creative work.\n\nHigh output, self-motivated, structured thinker.
