About You

We're looking for someone who has:

    • 3-5 years' recruitment experience, ideally within contract, interim or freelance recruitment, either in an agency or in-house environment.

    • Experience recruiting professional, technical, consulting or specialist roles, ideally within management consulting, procurement, supply chain or professional services.
    • An understanding of the contract recruitment market, including contractor availability, day rates and the differences between permanent and interim recruitment.
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work directly with hiring managers, project teams and senior business stakeholders.
    • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage experienced independent professionals.
    • The ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously, prioritise effectively and respond quickly to changing business needs.
    • A proactive, commercially aware and resourceful approach to recruitment, with a genuine interest in developing specialist talent networks.
