About the Team
The BA team is the client-facing analytical function for our MVNO/MVNE and BSS platform. The team runs two parallel workstreams: daily service requests (SRs) — mostly product catalog and system configuration changes for existing clients — and change requests (CRs) for new features and development. BAs also lead the business-analysis workstream during new client onboarding projects.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Analyzes and processes client SRs for product catalog and configuration changes (tariffs, discounts, bundles, promotions, business rules)
- Owns client-facing communication on SRs/CRs: clarifies scope, confirms feasibility, communicates estimates and status, and defends scope in case of dispute
- Translates CR needs into clear, implementable requirements and documentation (per internal templates: use cases, business rules, acceptance criteria)
- Validates feasibility of requested changes together with engineering (MVNE, OCS/IN) and flags risks, assumptions, and dependencies early
- Leads the business discovery on client onboarding and migration projects: understands the client’s needs and usage scenarios in depth — telecom services in scope, products and pricing, and the use cases of each user group
- Agrees the delivery scope with the client and internal stakeholders
- Supports UAT: prepares test scenarios, drives closure, and obtains client sign-off
- Trains clients on self-service tools and SR/CR templates
Key requirements for the role
- Telecom experience — must-have. Prior exposure to BSS, billing/charging, CRM, product catalog, or MVNO/MVNE environments
- English — must-have. Fluent spoken and written English; this is a client-facing role
- Relevant background. Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Customer Care Lead, or a comparable analytical/client-facing role
- Requirements elicitation & documentation – able to structure ambiguous client asks into clear, testable requirements
- Stakeholder management. Comfortable working directly with clients and internal engineering/QA/PM teams; able to defend scope and estimates
- AI fluency – practical, everyday use of AI tools to speed up requirements analysis, documentation, and other BA work
Personal skills and qualities
- Analytical, structured mindset — comfortable working in a Jira/Confluence-based delivery process; able to separate business need from proposed solution
- Comfortable in a client-facing role that requires solid telecom domain grounding — this is not an entry-level generalist BA position
