Click here to learn more about EFI Global.\nJ ob Profile Summary Billing Associate\nJob Description\nTo prepare accurate client installment and audit invoices by line of business, maintain accurate revenue reporting by client and location, and analyze revenue-to-budget variances. Responsibilities also include reconciling client claim disbursement accounts, delivering invoice reporting packages, and researching and resolving issues for internal and external customers.\nPRIMARY PURPOSE: To create accurate client installment and audit invoices aligned with business line requirements, maintain accurate revenue reporting by client and location, and analyze revenue variances against budget. Responsibilities also include reconciling client claim disbursement accounts, delivering client invoice reporting packages, and researching and resolving issues for internal and external customers.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nCreates accurate installment and per claim invoices for assigned clients; properly allocates revenue to appropriate clients and company locations.\nGenerates and maintains department systems\nMaintains a system of Recurring Journal Entries to accurately defer annual, semi-annual, and quarterly revenue.\nKeys journal entries for accounting staff.\nMaintains client billing files with current billing instructions and contracts.\nCreates monthly revenue versus budget variance reports.\n\nADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nSupports the organization's quality program(s).\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation & Licensing\nHigh school diploma or GED required.
