Click here to learn more about EFI Global.\nPRIMARY PURPOSE: Oversees and manages large complex assignments from executive level adjusting business for commercial and personal property lines including liability and builders risk assignments. Leads a team of global consultants on larger complex assignments or CAT situations.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nOversees large complex assignments and deliverables with best-in-class service and expertise, delivering consistent value and trustworthy reporting to our clients. \nResponsible for site visits, generation of a complex scope of damages/repairs, high-value cost estimating, site documentation, project management and high stakes negotiations. \nLeads the team’s independent control of reconstruction job costs, project timelines and scope of repairs to clients.\nManages records based on company standards and procedures, using designated technology.\nConducts assignment billings, including documenting and maintaining billable hours on a time and expense basis, work in progress, and timely delivery of reporting to clients.\nDirects a team of consultants who provide oversite of complex mitigation processes including but not limited to industry standard drying practices, billing procedures, and daily site clerking.\nConsults with executive level property claims adjusters and clients to produce best-in-class one-stop-shopping for clients.\nReviews team narrative and executive summary reports for large complex assignments.\nDevelops and maintains an executive-level client base.\nADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nTravels as required.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation & Licensing\nBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
